    Cristiano Ronaldo firma por seis temporadas con Real Madrid

    Miami, junio 2009 (AOL Latino).- El delantero portugués Cristiano Ronaldo jugará en el Real Madrid las próximas seis temporadas tras el acuerdo definitivo al que llegaron el club español y el Manchester United.

    El extremo portugués será oficialmente un jugador merengue desde el 1 de julio, tras firmar un contrato por seis temporadas. La transferencia tiene un valor de 131 millones de dólares.

    El Madrid informó en su página de internet que el artillero será presentado el 6 de julio en el estadio Santiago Bernabéu.

    El club español también gasto otros 92 millones de dólares para fichar al brasileño Kaká del Milan, y unos 21 millones en el zaguero Raúl Albiol del Valencia, tras la llegada del presidente Florentino Pérez

    Cristiano Ronaldo, llegó en 2003 al Manchester United por tan sólo 17 millones de euros y con el que ganó, entre otras cosas, tres ligas inglesas (2007, 2008, 2009) y una Liga de Campeones (2008).

    Su llegada confirma la intención del nuevo presidente del Real Madrid, Florentino Pérez, de hacerse con los mejores futbolistas del mundo cueste lo cueste para devolver todo su lustre al club, que terminó segundo en la Liga detrás de su gran rival, el Barcelona, campeón de Liga, Copa del Rey y Champions
