    Beckham hace historia con Inglaterra

    WEMBLEY, Inglaterra (AP) - El mediocampista David Beckham, disputó su partido 109 con la selección inglesa, un nuevo récord para un jugador que no sea arquero, y dio el pase para uno de los dos goles de Wayne Rooney en la victoria por 4-0 sobre Eslovaquia en un partido amistoso en Wembley.

    Beckham entró a la cancha después del entretiempo y superó la antigua marca de 108 partidos de Bobby Moore. A los 70 minutos, envió un preciso centro que Rooney cabeceó para el segundo gol inglés el sábado.
